The Gospel is the Reason Why
Over the past couple months, an epiphany has shaped and taken root in my life: The gospel is the reason why.
Welcome. You are so very welcome here, to this little place on the internet I call my own. It's not perfect and sometimes I know I could post more or be more intentional or just be more myself. But, it's a work in progress and definitely somewhere I feel comfortable opening up and sharing some reflections and creativity and whatever else may come to mind.
I think it's fascinating that God Created. He spoke and the intricate cosmos, the watercolor-esue pinks and oranges of a sunset came into existence. He spoke and molded and formed and humanity was birthed, created from dust of the earth. And God never stops creating. He is creating each and everyone of our hearts, if we are in Him, from the miry dustiness of death into the beautiful, rich and full heart of Jesus. And I'm part of that creating, sanctifying process.
I am a college student, a lover of people, a growing artist, a dog enthusiast, a coffee shop advocate, a ministry to women's major. And in all of this, I am learning and growing and relearning how to live into the glory of God and for the glory of God. I invite you into this journey, this journey of individual and collective sanctification, learning to press into Christ and know His plan for our lives. He created us in His image, for His glory. Let us live into His holy calling.

Over the past couple months, an epiphany has shaped and taken root in my life: The gospel is the reason why.
My first real day of rest in weeks. I sat curled in my bed this morning reading a book called Adorned and I was struck by a certain paragraph:
A life changer is being declared right here!
"If we find ourselves with a desire that nothing in this world can satisfy, the most probable explanation is that we were made for another world."
-C.S. Lewis
